The arrival of domestic and foreign immigrants on the one hand, as well as the development of the city on the other hand, has led to the expansion of marginalized neighborhoods in Bandar Abbas. These factors led to the loss of stability in the city of Bandar Abbas and turned into problematic urban neighborhoods. Such conditions have provided the basis for various social, political, cultural and economic crimes, including robbery.
Methodology

The sample size was calculated using the Morgan table among the cases of robbery files. A total of 351 cases of robbery were estimated and calculated. Results
The results showed that cultural poverty plays an essential role in the creation of crime, and is dominated by illiterate criminals, and because of the lack of opportunities for intellectual development, they have been using other cultural means, such as physical capabilities, to advance their progress. The existence of unemployment and poverty creates a significant relationship between the economic circumstances of the person committing the theft. The results showed that the more is the source of the burglar polluted and corrupted, the more likely he/she is to steal. The city of Bandar Abbas has seen the destination of Azeri tribes migrating from its origins in neighboring provinces since the 2000s in order to seek better job opportunities and also migrate from other cities in the province in order to find better jobs and make more money in the province.
