Investigating the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout in Teacher Education Teachers of Tehran

Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout in Teacher Education Teachers in Tehran.
Methodology
The present study is descriptive-survey and is an applied research. The statistical population of this study comprised all teachers who served in Tehran's 5th educational district in the academic year of 97-96. Sample size was selected using Cochran's formula of 150 people. The subjects were selected by sampling to answer the questionnaire. The research instrument was the Armed Occupational Exposure Questionnaire (1981) and the Laboratory Ophthalmologist Scale and Questionnaire in the Netherlands. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation, chart drawing and table), and inferential test (Pearson correlation and stepwise regression) in spss statistical software at a significant level of 0.05%.
Results
Regarding the results of regression test, job satisfaction components are effective in predicting burnout problems. This means that people in the brigade are more realistic in the affairs and technical affairs of those who are skilled in finance and business, and ordinary people are contractors out of the community, and those who can be able to work with tools through the tool, so Work with people who are already tired.
