Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational performance with the role of mediator of enterprise entrepreneurship in the national steel industry group.
Methodology
This research is based on the purpose of the application and according to the method of data collection is descriptive-scientific. The statistical population of the study consists of 525 executives, heads and experts of Iran National Steel Industrial Group. Using Kerjci and Morgan tables and simple random sampling method, 222 individuals were selected as samples. In order to collect data from the research, three standard questionnaires: Human Resources Strategic Management Questionnaire (with four components: selection and recruitment, training, performance evaluation, service compensation) from Ngo et al (2008), organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire (with four Component: Innovation, Risk-taking, Competitive Power, Autonomy) frm Zahir et al., 2016 and organizational performance questionnaire (with two dimensions: financial performance and human performance) from Zahir et al. (2016). Data analysis was done at descriptive and inferential levels using SPSS and LISREL software.
Conclusion
The results of the research hypothesis test indicated that strategic human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational entrepreneurship and organizational performance; Also, organizational entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and organizational entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between strategic HR management and organizational performance.
