Structural Equations of Social Capital and Organizational Learning Using Knowledge Management and Social Intelligence in marivan city Municipal Office

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital variables and organizational learning with the role of moderating knowledge management and social intelligence. The statistical population of the staff is one of the municipalities of the country. The research method is descriptive-survey. To collect the theoretical foundations of the research, the library method was used and the field method was used to collect the research data using questionnaires. Validity of the questionnaires were verified by experts and through content; their questionnaires reliabilities were confirmed by Cronbach's statistical test. The research results showed that the research model was fitted with a reasonable and appropriate fit with the values of RMSEA =0.07, χ ^ 2 / Df = 2.78 and Chi-square = 511.98. We also used the t-value of the LaserL output to investigate the research hypotheses and the relationship between research variables. The results showed that the relationship of social capital with knowledge management (5.17) and social intelligence (3.27) was positive and significant, and the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning (9.49), the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational learning (5.25), but the relation of social capital Organizational learning (-0.75) was non-significant and not confirmed. In other words, it can be said that social capital utilizes knowledge management and social intelligence to lead to organizational learning.
