The Application of TRIZ Tools in Solving Resilient Supply Chain Issues

The risks and issues facing the bank's financing chain may prevent it from fulfilling its obligations, delaying service and dissatisfaction with customers, so this funding chain needs to be resilient to the problems and impediments ahead. Resilience means trying to restore the supply chain to an initial state or favorable condition after a disturbance or initial disturbance. Considering the importance of this issue, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of problem solving theory (TRIZ) in resuming the bank's supply chain. In this paper, the ARIZ85c tool, one of the latest known examples of this tool, has been used, so that ARIZ85c provides solutions to improve the performance of the bank's supply chain and its resilience.
