The study aimed to examine the effect of Emotional intelligence on Life expectancy. Data consisted of the Clerkship trainees were supported by Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Sarabela with 180 persons in 2017 who were selected 127 persons as a sample by Morgan table. The study was applied research, and the data collection method was a descriptive correlational and causality- nonexperimental case study. Library studies and field method did data collection. SPSS 21 and Amos23 software were used to analyze the data. Goleman’s questionnaire was used to measure Emotional intelligence, and Snyder’s standard questionnaire was used to measure Life expectancy. To measurement of standard, the tool of measuring the research variables of internal adaptation was Kornach Alpha test. Also, the measurement of validity was used for an expert opinion. The value of the Emotional intelligence questionnaire was 0/828, and the Life expectancy was 0.734. The results indicated that Emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on Life expectancy by the rate of 649
