Pathology of Public Policy in the Field of Rural Tourism; Case Study: Lorestan Province

Resulting in thedestruction ofresourcesand lack of resourcesandcapitaltodevelop, according toone of theruraleconomysuch astourismseemsessential. Rural tourismas asubset of thetourism industrytocreate jobs andprotectthe earth'snatural environmentand tooptimize theexploitationofrural developmentassistance. The aimofthisresearchisto identifyobstacles to the developmentof tourism inthe province. Thisstudy isthedegreeofsupervisionandcontrol, andfieldofviewofthe factsanddata processingof thesurveyandthedatacollection anddescriptivesurvey. The research, involvingexpertsAdministrationof Cultural Heritageand Tourism ofthe provincewith atotal of 100people.Therefore, inthisstudydue to the lownumber ofpopulationcensus methodwas used. Thus,thetotalsample size(n = 100) wereformed. Datawere collectedfroma standardquestionnaire. Validitybya panel of expertsand its reliabilityusingCronbach's alpha(0.872) was approvedand analysis ofdatawas performedusingspss 19software. Inthisanalysis,five factorswitheigenvaluesgreater than1were extractedwitha total of60.697% of the totalvarianceexplainedbythefactors. The first factor isthepolicy ofgovernment support,the second factoroninformationbarriers, obstaclesthirdquarteroperatinginfrastructure andnaturalbarriers. Cultural barriersas well as thefifth factorwas identifiedas afactorwiththe lowesteigenvalues2.737ofthe total variance(7.88%) is explained.
