Survey of the Effect of Organizational Culture on Innovation in Organization

Abstract:
It can be said that any Fundamentalchange in the organization is possible only through its culture.The purpose of this study, considering the importance and necessity of innovation in organizations and the impact of organizational culture on this innovation, is to surveythe relationship between the dominant culture on organizations and innovation in the organization.The type of researchisappliedresearchand research method is descriptive and correlational, in which organizational culture and its dimensions are independent variables and organizational innovation is dependent variable.Sample size included 112 personnel of the Islamic Revolution Documentation Center.Multipleregression tests were used to examine the relationship between variables.Data was analyzed by SPSS22software.Finally, after analyzing the collected data, it is concluded that organizational culture has an impact on the organization's approach to the issue of innovation.
