The effect of currency risk on the performance of Mellat Branchesthroughthe mediator role financial intelligence

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of currency risk on the performance of Mellat Branches through the role of the intermediary of financial intelligence. Therefore, foreign exchange risk as an independent variable, the performance of branches of Mellat Bank as an affiliate and financial intelligence are considered as intermediary variables. The research method is descriptive, survey and correlation type. The statistical population of the study includes all managers, staff and experts in Mellat Bank Currency Exchanges in Tehran. The sample size was determined using the Cocran formula of 105 people. The research method was simple random sampling. The data were collected using library and field method and the standard questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content and structure method. The research data were analyzed with the help of software 2.2 PLS using statistical, descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that the effect of foreign exchange risk on the performance of the foreign exchange branches has been positive and significant.
