The relationship between electronic banking and customer satisfaction in Mellat Bank branches in Behshhr area

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between electronic banking and customer satisfaction in Mellat Bank branches in Behshhr area. The research has applied purpose and in terms of gathering data it is descriptive - correlation and the survey method is used. The population of study included all customers of bank who referred to the bank and had concentrated account types. The sample size was 384 customers who were selected according to the Cochran formula and non-probability sampling method. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaire with 28 questions in the 5- Likert factor were used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage and histogram) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Friedman test) were used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship among internet banking, mobile banking, ATM machines, telephone banking, service quality and security in cyber space in cyberspace with customer satisfaction in branches of Bank Mellat. Friedman's test results also showed that mobile banking and telephone banking and ATM had highest importance and popularity and telephone banking had the lowest levels of satisfaction among its customers.
