Intuitive work life and the relationship between work and life with the Delphi approach

The goals of Iran in 2024 are to focus on three main goals: sustainable growth, comprehensive growth and a knowledge economy. In Iran, labor is under development through three main demographic trends: the aging of a generation that has been triggered by rapid population growth in the short term; female laboring; and increased cultural diversity with the arrival of migrant workers. According to these three perspectives, we will continue to consolidate the opinions of the experts and remove the additions in this field, and finally, for these findings, the subtext of which can be extracted scenario. In this research, 32 expert opinions about Delphi tracks were used. Six members were selected at the outset and selected by sampling the snowball of the next and participated in the research process. The method of this paper is mainly descriptive and exploratory. Finally, according to the research findings, two scenarios have been made: in the first scenario, the balance of work and life is an essential element of employee life and creates a close relationship between employees and employers. In the second scenario, the balance of work and life for the majority of employees who try to maintain their jobs is not important and hence is only available to privileged employees with benefits.
