Analysis and Investigating of Initiatives on Green Supply Chain Management Performances (Case Study: Petrochemical Industry)

The purpose of this study is to identify the initiatives on green supply chain performance in petrochemical  and petroleum industries and evaluation of their effects. The research method is correlation which is done by using a questionnaire tool and a simple random sampling method. Data is analysised using SPSS software and LISREL software. The results indicat that there is a meaningful relationship between environmental and operational performance, economic performance; and operational performance, economic performance and organizational performance, but there is not a meaningful relationship between green supply chain initiatives and economic performance, environmental performance and organizational performance, operational performance, and organizational performance.
