The effect of teaching by environmental multimedia on learning and motivation of third grade elementary students of Tehran's green schools

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of teaching by environmental multimedia on learning and motivation of third grade elementary students of Tehran's green schools.‎ The method was quasi - experimental design of pre-test and post-test with control group.‎ The population was consisted of all Tehran's green schools in third grade boys that were studying in 1394-95.‎ Method that used in the sample selection procedure has been random multistage cluster sampling.‎ then randomly assigned 20 numbers in the experimental group, in a class and 20 in the control group were in other class.‎ Then a group under the first level of the independent variable (through a multimedia presentation method) and the other group at another level of the independent variable (School conventional method) were used.‎ The research's tools including: 1) test learning topics pollution and water conservation methods of that is developed by the researcher 2) Hermans's motivation of achievement questionnaire.‎ The resulting data were analyzed by analysis of covariance in SPSS software.‎ The results have shown that learning and motivation of achievement of students that was educated by training environmental multimedia in a %95 confidence interval is more than students that was educated by common method.
