Studying the possibility of ownership and inheritance of graves

Ownership right is one of the relative terms that has been established to regulate social relationships and interactions. Therefore, each owner has the right to take any possession of his property, except in cases where the law has been excepted. Among the issues discussed is the possibility of the right of ownership of human beings to graves. Whether or not the right is inherited? The study of jurisprudential and legal sources indicates that if the grave is in the personal property of someone, like his other property, is owned and inheritable but the grave in the graveyard of the endowment or Public domain prevents ownership and sale, as a result of purchasing a grave in the graveyards of the endowment or Public domain, it does not lead to realization of the property, instead, the buyer only finds the right to burial priority over the purchased grave. Accordingly, Pious foundation to the public and public domain such as public cemeteries are not owned and inheritable, and the right to burial priority in graveyard endowment or public domain if owned by the burial of his own body, is not transferable to the heirs and if it is to burial his family, this right belongs to all of them and consequently, the talk of transfer to inheritance will not be raised either.
