Studying the authority of deviation of benefactor's conditions

One of the charasteristic of ownership is authority of any possession of owner to it. Among these authorities is to determine any conditions from the owner for the property of their endowment. Accordingly, one of the issues discussed in the field of endowment is the authority or the lack of authority of deviation of benefactor's conditions which has different types and decrees. Also, one of the uncertainties in this regard is that in case of authority of deviation of benefactor's conditions, what is the limit and is the length of time affecting to the act of benefactor's conditions? The study of jurisprudential and legal texts in response to these ambiguities indicates that if the bettor, by observing all the terms of the correctness of the condition to take an action on the contracting party is required and necessary to do it for one against whom a condition is made. Therefore, if the benefactor stipulate to do something for beneficiary of an endowment, this condition is in fact referred to stipulation and the conduct of the verdict is not obligatory on the beneficiary of an endowment, but if they wants to benefit from the endowment they must perform that verb. Also, it is obligatory to perform the conditions that benefactor defines for administrator of an endowed property. Also the passage of time does not preclude the need to respect the conditions of the benefactor, unless because of changing the time it is not possible to fulfill with the benefactor's conditions.
