A legal jurisprudential study of endowments of state property

Therefore, it can be said that if the property, which is state property and endowed, is usurped and has a private owner, its endowment is unauthorized and corrected by the owner's authorization. However, if the aforementioned property does not have a private owner, the Religion guardian jurisprudent is responsible for assigning it and by his permission the endowment will dedicate. In other words, the endowment of the state property in the event that it is public real estate or Anfal (Public wealth) is capable of authorization by the discretion of the Religion guardian jurisprudent. Also, in cases of doubt regarding the authenticity of the endowment, the verdict is understood to be genuine.
