Presenting the development model of knowledge-based companies for sustainable urban development (case study: Tehran City)

Abstract The main purpose of this research was "to provide the development model of knowledge based companies for sustainable urban development (case study: Tehran City)". This study is descriptive and correlation in terms of data collection method. According to the research questions and in order to respond to them through Amos software and structural equations have been attempted to implement statistical tests. In general, according to Morgan table, the number of 323 managers of knowledge based companies was selected by simple random sampling method. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire of 30 items of knowledge-based performance with a 9 item sustainable urban Development questionnaire. The validity of the instrument was confirmed by the survey and the beautiful 10 academic experts, and its reliability was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha for knowledge-based performance questionnaire 0.864 and the 0.889 urban sustainable Development questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the highest path of knowledge-based components of legal factors and the second position of the component of technology infrastructure and third position related to human resources component and the fourth position of the national System of innovation and the fifth position of the component economical factors. And the first place is the coefficient of three components of sustainable urban development related to the environment component. It is necessary to explain the path coefficient of knowledge based companies on sustainable urban development 0.89.
