Training Needs Assessment Speed Control Systems From the Perspective of the Environment (Case study: City of Tehran)

Increasing the use of personal vehicles tend to be inadequate public transport system leads to the formation and establishment of environmental and traffic in the city. The results of the data analysis through regression analysis to investigate the correlation between independent variables and the dependent variable was analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the study that was done in 2016 year showed that the independent variables such as age, income, occupation, gender and activity status is significantly associated with the dependent variable. So the impact of the training programs to greatly on awareness and understanding in the field of adequate environmental control systems help highway network speed.
