The aim of this paperis identify and priorities the factors affecting supply chain in municipalities. Research of both the user and the type of data collection is descriptive and survey. The population of the study, all senior executives and experts involved in supply chain management in Municipalities. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the research that validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through CVR and sample adequacy using KMO test and Bartlett test. And is used to identify affecting factors and factor analysis technique toward ranking of the techniques used to identify factors hierarchy.
