The Holy Quran, the Best of All Possible Worlds and the Lifestyle in the Age of Technology

Abstract:
Today, one of the serious crises in human societies is the dominance of technology and lifestyle. This issue which is confronted with limits is more serious especially in the religious life program. Cyberspace has impacted on the different thought and practical dimensions of man. With the statement of "the Best of All Possible Worlds"(ahsan al-nezam) in takwin [creation] and tas h rī (legislation) , the compatibility of them, the holyQuran and the Islamic religious teachings have presented that the breach of sharia law or Islamic law leads to disturb and prevent earthy and eternal benefits and they have defined that this breach of Islamic law is the origination of disorder in the cosmos and man. Is it possible to forbid and prohibit the excessive aspect of the use of this space according to the Quranic guidance and intellectual arguments? What real sample can be mentioned? This note with analytic method has examined this issue. After determining whatness and the necessity of the Best of All Possible Worlds, it attempts to prove these hypotheses. 1. The creation of the universe in the field of the creational world I('alam at-takwin) and the legislative world ('alam attashri') is of the best of all possible worlds 2. Every disturbance in the best of all possible world is prohibited by aql (intellect) and the Islamic law (Shariah Law) 3. The relationships and cyberspace in their excessive aspect are counted a sample of the instances of this change of creation and disturbance in this system4. Disruption in family is an instance of this excessive aspect in this space and have roles in subjects such as : threat to family, enhancement of lack of trust and suspicious, the growth of gossip and disgrace, the expansion of depravity, the motivation of the sexual instinct, quarreling with Ghayrah (Arabic: رمیره) and feminine sensibility, difficulty to obey the religious orders and etc.
