The Model of Social Competencies in the Social 208 Relations of the Infallibles (Arabic: Ma'sūmūn) with Impact on Alavi and Razavi Culture

This paper is going to find a model of the social competencies in the manner and culture of the Infallibles (Arabic: معصومون Ma'sūmūn), specifically Alavi and Razavi culture in social relations or social interactions so as to know it better to be applied by others. The aim of this note is to present the model of social competencies for human capital based on the manner of the Infallibles (Arabic: معصومون Ma'sūmūn) with emphasis on Alavi and Razavi culture and with considering the aim of this research, the question is : what a model (dimensions, components)of the social competencies is from the point of Islam (the holy Quran and the Infallibles) with impact on Alavi and Razavi culture. In this direction and in order to answer this question, this note has used the qualitative content analysis with the thematic analysis with applying Delphi Technique to prove its validity and assurance. After careful study of the texts (scientific document, records, the verses of the holy Quran and Islamic traditions), the resulted concepts have been extracted and has been assigned a special code for each of them and then the common concepts have been identified and with the composition of them the minor themes have been codified. Finally, it is accepted by the consensus of the experts in 3 levels and the last model has been extracted. In general, findings of the paper are two major themes: the beginning of relationship (initiation) and the enhancement of relationship (self-disclosure and sympathy) . Each of these two major themes has several minor themes which have been implied in the findings of the research.
