Today, the expansion of networks and computer computing is an integral part of the activities of various institutions to achieve the goals of the organizations. Most studies in virtualization technology have a descriptive-analytical state and have entered the subject from an informal point of view. In the present study, with an empirical approach, key factors for the implementation of virtualization systems in data centers of organizations from the point of view of IT specialists, identified and influenced seven factors: system quality, information quality, management and maintenance, cost reduction, ease of implementation , Testing and development, integration of resources and Sarmay consensus has been studied.
