Studying the strategic relationship between organizational IQ, amnasia and organizational agility of NAJA staff and strategic thought to create social security and order

Abstract:
Introduction
NAJA commanders, managers and staffs need to a series of IQ empowerments such as multiple IQ in personal level and also invisible organizational capabilities such as organizational IQ and strategic thought in organizational level.
Method
The present research method is descriptive and correlated one.It is applicable with the statistical population of 870 Charmahal – va- Bakhtiari staff police headquarter.to determine the sample population according to Georgesy &Morgan table 365 persons were selected via classical random, the measure table consists of 4 questionnaires such as: strategic thought, organizational IQ ,organizational amnasia and organizational agility with admitted credibility and validity.
Findings
The results of regression analysis and correlation coefficients show that there is a direct meaningfull relation between organizational IQ and agility with strategic thought.There is also a diverse meaningfull relation between organizational amnasia and strategic thought.
Conclusion
Among dimensions of organizational IQ ,shared destiny and action stress can predict the strategic thought .among organizational amnasia dimensions ,random organizational amnasia can predict strategic thought.considering the importance of organizational IQ and agility of staff to creat order and security and paying attention of the organ to this important fact that in present conditions, they have to act more intelligently to achieve the main goal of organization - creating order and security in the country-.therefore special attention to human resources and proper effective training as a strategic resource is essential. So in order to protect and maintain such a great resource NAJA should make an atmosphere that the complex of organization don’t be involved with marginal problems to concentrate on organizational missions.
