Effectiveness of Solution- Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) on work-life Conflict NAJA's Personnel Police

Conflicting work with the family is a kind of conflict between the role that a person encounters at the same time with different and incompatible demands arising from family and work responsibilities. This means that participation in the family role is difficult or impossible due to participation in the role of the task. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of  solution- focused brief therapy on work-life conflict NAJA's personnel police. This semi-experimental study was carried out with pre-test and post-test design among all Police personnel of Najah province in Markazi province in 2017. The number of participants in this study was 24 people who were selected through a convenient sampling method from among police officers of NAJA. The data collection tool was Net Worker Family-Worker Conflict Questionnaire. The experimental group underwent short-term treatment of the axis of control; the control group was placed on the waiting list. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of covariance analysis was used in SPSS 21 software. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups in terms of work-family conflict and family-work conflict (P <0.01). Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that organizations, especially military centers, can use the results of solution- focused brief therapy to reduce the work-family conflict among employees.
