People and Managers Training mechanisms in Promoting People-Government interaction: Implications derived from Sharif al-Mizzen’s commentary

The people-government interaction is the centerpiece of governments, and government agents are always looking for mechanisms to increase the quantity and quality of people's interactions with the government. In this paper, with the qualitative approach and based on the investigative implications in Sharif al-Mizzen’s commentary and the problem-focused analysis of Qur’an verses, from the 1921 verse and 496 the themes derived from them, the educational mechanisms of interaction between people and government were conceptualized. The Holy Qur'an addresses the training of managers and peoples in order to improve public participation in the community and considers them different mechanisms. In the field of people's education, there are eighteen mechanisms, such as how to interact with each other, teaching how to participate in general (jihad, zakat, Enfagh), accountability and leadership, teaching tolerant faith and good practice, teaching good and forbidding evil and ... Provided. In the field of training managers, seven mechanisms were identified, most notably the training of strengthening the relationship between the leader and the people based on anness and spirit, the training of Conscientiousness, the training of simplicity and the mental expression of the manager and the leader, the teaching of not attention to the maternity. Thus, based on the teachings of the Quranic, firstly, education and learning are a key pillar in building and improving the interaction between people and government, and secondly, this training is necessary and necessary for people and managers in various fields.
