The Relation between Strategic Management with Moral Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence among principals of first and second high schools of qale ganj city

The purpose of this study is to consider the relation of The Relation between Strategic Management with Moral Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence among principals of first and second high schools of qale ganj city. This research is among descriptive correlational study. A sample of 76 Secondary school administrators of qale ganj considered. The tools of data collected for the variable Strategic Management is the questionnaire of Strategic Management Goryan et al, for the variable Moral Intelligence is the questionnaire of link et al and questionnaire King for the variable of Spiritual Intelligence. Information are analyzed with SPSS software using descriptive statistics and inferential tests (Pearson correlation). The results showed that there was a positive significant relationship between Strategic Management With Moral Intelligence(Honesty, Responsibility, Compassion, Forgiveness), there was a positive significant relationship between Strategic Management With Spiritual Intelligence(Critical Existential Thinking, Creating Personal Meaning, Transcendental Consciousness, and Creating Awareness).
