Investigating the relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability among the employees of Parsabad Moghan education office .
The main purpose of the present study was; investigating the relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability among the employees of Pars Abad Moghan education office. All the employees of the education office of Pars Abad Moghan were the statistical population of the study. 120 People were selected randomly as the subjects of the study. In order to collect data we used Silora (2001) standardized questionnaire for social intelligence, statistical population Jafari Moghaddam (1390) statistical population questionnaire for organizational agility and Mahboobi (1392) statistical population for organizational accountability. For data analysis we used Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis and Kolmogorov- Smirnov test for normalization. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between social intelligence, organizational agility and organizational accountability, and they also stated that among three components social intelligence, social skills had the most influence in organizational agility and organizational accountability.
