Designing and Explaining the model of human resource leadership agility in higher education institutions

Regarding to the rapid of changes in organizations, Human Resource leadership agility is a significant issue in any organization. Regarding the importance of higher education in any society, this research has been conducted with qualitative research strategy and with the grounded theory method with Glaser approach with the aim of designing and explaining the human resource leadership agility model in universities. So far, no comprehensive model has been presented for this issue. The findings of this research are the result of a semi-structured interview with 15 experts in the field of human resource leadership in higher education institutions.The analyzes carried out in the substantive and theoretical coding process 451 code, 29 concepts and 8 categories and 6 theoretical codes (family 6 cs)showed that led to the emergence of the final model of the research The findings of this research included: 1- Identification of components of human resource leadership agility 2- Finding out the results and consequences of human resource leadership agility 3-Identifying relationships between components and achieving the Comprehensive model.
