Validation of an Organizational empowerment model based on Human Resource Processes

The purpose of this study was to validate the model of organizational empowerment based on human resources processes and explain the relationship between its components in the Hormozgan Province Power Industry. The present research is in the category of applied research and is one of the correlation researches. The statistical population consisted of all employees of Hormozgan Province Power Industry (1546 people). After determining the sample size using the Morgan and Krejsi tables, data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire from 384 randomly-classified stratified random sampling. In the formulation of this scale, the validity of the content of the factors with the opinion of experts and the validity of the structure was confirmed by factor analysis. Measurement reliability was calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha with a coefficient of 0.977. To analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, factor analysis (exploratory and confirmatory), one factor analysis of harmonics and structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS software were used.
