Presentation a Model for Productivity of Staff of Armed forces universities with an emphasis on the role of Information and Communication Technology

The purpose of the present research is to "Presentation a model for productivity of staff of armed forces universities with an emphasis on the role of information and communication technology". Where in that the impact of ICT tools includes :office automation, communication networks and systems information on variables and components of human resources productivity of one of the armed forces universities in the country that are: organizational support, motivation, ability and knowledge, training, management, evaluation, job satisfaction, work environment and job recognition are being studied. This research in terms of objective is practical and in terms of method is Scrolling. The sample of this study consists of 166 employees of desired university who have been selected by systematic random sampling method, and data has been collected through library and field methods. To analyze data by structural equation modeling method, Excel 2013, Spss23 and Smartpls3 we have used. The results indicate that ICT has a positive and significant relationship with the productivity of the staff of armed forces universities and components of human resource productivity. Finally, a model has been presented to productivity of staff of armed forces universities with an emphasis on the role of information and communication technology.
