The applied research method is descriptive-analytic type and the required data are gathered by field questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire items was examined by a number of researchers and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha test of 0.74. The results show that, among the components of the study, the components of satisfaction with the quality of life environment (4.78), the satisfaction level of educational services with (3.90) the highest mean numerical values It is On the other hand, walking safety components (2.9) and satisfaction of the quality of housing (2.8) lower the mean Likert spectrum as numerical desirability of the test was calculated. Spatial analysis The study of the effect of high buildings on construction density and land use in the studied area in 7 components showed that the safety components of walking 0.95 and satisfaction with the quality of life environment 0.95 had the highest effects of high ranking and access to administrative services 0.64 and the rate Satisfaction with recreational services 0.70 has the least impact.
