Regeneration of decayed urban fabric with Competitive Approach, Case Study: Dogonbadan city

The decayed tissues are often in the old and deprived areas of the city where a social, economic, and physical deprivation have. This is a factor in the lack of dynamism and economic prosperity of their urban life. Research Method According to the nature of the subject, the criteria of competitiveness, the current approach to this research is descriptive-analytical and survey method using observation and interview and is in terms of the purpose of the application. In addition, in order to strengthen the theoretical foundations, the accuracy of information gathering has been used in documentary study methods. The statistical population of the whole city of Dogonbadan was determined by a statistical sample of 200 inhabitants of the decayed tissues of the city. After designing the questionnaire according to the research variables (strategy and competitive ability, demand conditions and conditions of production factors), the questionnaire was questioned. The results of the research show that the factors related to participation in saving the scale were 3.30%, the proximity to renovation and improvement offices with 2.79% coefficient, the factors of access to human resource planning expert city with the coefficient of 2.82%, the highest score among the competitiveness indicators In order to achieve the rebuilding of the worn out tissues of the city of Dongonbadan, there are also solutions and suggestions.
