Abstract:

Cities, after the industrial revolution, changed the pattern of peripheral role to the center, attracting huge investments, and this created a huge movement of migrations from village to city, which subsequently transformed many social, cultural, economic, physical dimensions , Had an environmental impact. These developments can be positive or negative. Considering the city's potential for urban migration and challenges (including pollution, social anomalies, etc.), urban planning planners should have urban habitat, which is one of the indicators of development Sustainable city is considered to be the priority of their programs. The aim of this study was to evaluate the urban viability indicators in Sardasht. In this research, 18 indicators have been used which are used to evaluate the anp and for the analysis and leveling in the city of the Coopers model and to map the map from the GIS. The results of the research indicate that the urban biomass indicators are not properly distributed at the Sardasht neighborhoods. The cultural groups, Ashan and Sarchava have the highest levels of enjoyment, and the Margina neighborhood and doltanchk in the last rank Biodegradability
