Despite the scientific consensus on paying attention to all aspects of development, it shows the attitudes existing in the country Paying attention to specific dimensions in rural development is more And A part of this attention is due to the rural-rural approach to the local level. More importantly, rural management, while coordinating rural development, operates in different villages differently. And In spite of having integrated organization and tasks, a steady management pattern is not used for all villages. This paper aims at analyzing the rural management's attitude towards developmental dimensions, and analyzing the spatial analysis of this attitude in the villages of the central part of Kerman city based on the distance. The statistical population of this study is 40 selected villages. The methodology of this research is of a descriptive-analytical nature, and in terms of its purpose, using a library-documentary study methodology and a survey to answer research questions. Data and research data were collected by researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, standard deviation, and single sample T-test) was used in SPSS software. The results showed that the highest attention and reaction were in economic aspect, with an average of 3.88, a physical physical dimension with an average of 3.66, a socio-cultural dimension with an average of 3.49, and an environmental dimension with an average of 3.47. Also, in the study of the effect of distance from city to villages on the components of reaction behavior of the city against the city, the results indicate that the villagers located in villages less than 1 to 10 kilometers (3.85) and 11 to 20 kilometers (3.71) They have shown a higher rate of attitude in the economic, social, physical and environmental dimensions than villagers more remote from the city.
