increasing and providing sustainable food , food security and improving agricultural productivity requires increasing efficiency , improving management structure and regeneration of farmers , which also requires substantial changes in knowledge , attitude , skills and behavioral changes in farmers . also environmental , economic and social potential is one of the factors affecting the empowerment of farmers because it is considered in the spatial patterns of each region and accelerating the activity in space . in this regard , the purpose of this research is to explain the factors affecting the empowerment of farmers in the social , economic , institutional and individual aspects of farmers who are located in the rural district in the central district of the country . the research method in this study is descriptive - analytical . in order to collect data from questionnaire to farmers living in rural areas of rural district , the statistical population of the study was included . in order to determine the sample size of farmers living in rural areas located in rural district , the cochran formula was selected . ~~~ finally , the sample size was determined . which is randomly selected . spss software was used for statistical analysis of data . according to the analysis of the obtained results , the obtained results indicate that social and institutional dimensions affect the empowerment of rural district farmers .
