Among these, Ibn Taymiyyah Harani (d. 728 AH) as the most prominent theorist of the Salafist-Takfiri-Wahhabi regime denies the possibility of occurrence in the Quran. Ibn Taymiyyah, as one of the founders of the Takfiri movement and his ideas, are accepted by this cult Therefore, knowledge of Ibn Taymiyyah's thoughts really is knowledge of this cult . This paper, by using analytical method, seeks to answer the question of what Ibn Taymiyya's view about  permissible is? and how strong is His arguments? By looking at his works, it is concluded that Ibn Taymiyya's arguments in denying the permissible occurrences of the Quran are unacceptable. These arguments are critically and seriously controversial, and acceptance of his view will deprive the miracles and the delicacy of the Quran.
