Comparative Study of Iran-Turkey Scientific Diplomacy to Achieve Scientific Authority in the Middle East

Competition in obtaining scientific authority and effective influence on other countries, with the tools of science and technology, and especially in the form of scientific diplomacy, is a topic that has been taken into consideration by most countries of the region, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey in recent years.
