Examining the Challenges Facing Football Development and Delivery of Managerial Solutions

In recent decades, extensive studies have been done on the problems and challenges of Iranian football. Based on these studies, several challenges have been presented in the field of Iranian football in comparison with advanced countries. Concepts that have been studied in this regard include challenges related to financial sponsorship, privatization, physical environment stadiums, marketing and revenue, strategic planning, talent identification, management. In this article, while introducing the challenges that have been raised so far in the field of Iranian football, this issue has been investigated and solutions have been addressed.
