Culture-led Regeneration with an Emphasis on the Development of a Sustainable Local Society (Case Study: Historical texture of Qazvin Rah-e-Rey District) By: Mehranoush Mofidi and Taqi Qassem Sharifi Abstract The historic city of Qazvin has historical impressions with values of restoration, conservation and maintenance, and it has many possibilities for its great historical potential and tourist attractions; However, due to some negligence and unreasonable measures, as well as the lack of attention to the erosion process, in spite of numerous designs, texture problems have increased in recent years, and the need for active texture regeneration is indispensable. The present research, while studying and carefully examining the local community development literature, seeks to explain its place in the development of the underlying culture. To this end, considering the study of the foundations and literature of this subject, and placing in the structuralist paradigm for the research strategy, we have benefited from a qualitative research method. And the measures used in this method are in-depth questions and content analysis, which, with rational reasoning, tried to establish a good link in the research process. In the following, we also present the mechanism of such communication in the form of a conceptual model. This conceptual model can provide urban strategies for the operation of a basic culture rehabilitation approach, with the development of local community, as an intervention approach in the historical texture of the Qazvin Rah-e-Rey District. the main objective of this article is to Culture-led Regeneration with the emphasis on the development of the local community of the historical texture of the Qazvin Rah-e-Rey neighborhood in order to establish a link between cultural attractions through the development of the local community and the promotion of cultural interactions based on the idea of Culture-led Regeneration.
