aRequirements of Public Justice Officers in the Study of Proof of Crime with Emphasis on the Code of Criminal Procedure 2013

The purpose of this study was to investigate the necessity of training forensic officers in studying the evidence of crime in the process of police investigation, with a view to the legislative developments, especially the new law of criminal procedure. There is academic evidence by the court clerk. The overall approach of this research is qualitative and in terms of a descriptive research method conducted through review of laws, bylaws and scientific documentation. The findings of this research indicate that if legal education of law enforcement officers is capable of proficiency in general law enforcement, The measures and educational evidence of police investigations will have a significant impact on the prosecutors' desired outcome. Also, in light of developments in legal policy and accreditation of the report of the bailiff of the judiciary at the level of the statute, if the report is not contrary to the circumstance and is regulated by observance of legal rules and regulations (including observance of the principle of legitimacy of reasoning). The academic evidence will be valid for the judiciary and if it is not accepted, the reason for the refusal and the refusal of the academic evidence should be stated with the documentation.b
