The Relationship between In-Service Training with Efficiency and Effectiveness of Najah Staff in Tehran
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between in-service training with efficiency and effectiveness of Najah staff in Tehran. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the present study includes all Najwa staff in Tehran city which according to the latest statistics in this year is 485 people. Based on stratified random sampling, 214 individuals were selected. Data collection tools included three in-service training, efficiency and effectiveness questionnaires. The validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient for in-service training (0.81), staff efficiency (0.85), and staff effectiveness (0.86). Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation) were used for analysis. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the level of in-service training with the efficiency and effectiveness of the Naja staff in Tehran. The results also showed that in-service training with efficiency dimensions (equality, speed at work, alignment, use of equipment and facilities) and staff effectiveness dimensions (motivation, responsibility, participation in setting goals, acceptance of change, organizational commitment, creativity and innovation). There is a positive and significant relationship.
