The Relationship between Empowering Structures, Career Satisfaction and Schools Efficiency of Primary School Teachers in Qarchak

Abstract:
Educational organizations are undoubtedly one of the most significant organizations in society that carry the great burden of formal education. The establishment of clear comprehension of effective school structures is, therefore, an important prerequisite for the development of logical approaches to improve schools. The present study aimed to identify the relationship between empowering structure in the career satisfaction of school teachers and school efficiency in primary schools of Qarchak. The correlational and descriptive research method is used and all primary school teachers in Qarchak are included in the academic year 2016-2017. 269 students were regarded as study samples based on Morgan sampling table. Random sampling was used and three normal questionnaires were used to gather information, including structure empowerment questionnaires, Career Satisfaction Questionnaire, and School Efficiency Questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test, one sample T-test, linear regression test, and SPSS software. Pearson's results in the correlation index showed a significant relationship between empowering students with career satisfaction and school efficiency at 0.01 levels. Also, variable empowering schools showed that 19 percent of schools variable efficacy. Based on the general results, empowering school structure plays a prominent role in the satisfaction of teachers and staff and the efficiency of schools as a significant factor.
