Effecting Factors on Managers Empowerment and Financial Management Effectiveness with Emphasize on Organic Indices in Organization(Case Study: Knowledge-based Companies of Kermanshah City)

The present study aims at achieving to a sustainable value in the organizational cycle with emphasize on organic indices in effectiveness and empowerment of managers as a part of the system and more development of the structure. The present study has been conducted by using a confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software in knowledge-based companies of Kermanshah and is considered as an applied study. The data is collected by using self-made questionnaire and interview. The statistical population of this study includes 40 knowledge-based companies of Kermanshah province. Findings from the research suggest that the effectiveness financial management and managers empowerment in knowledge-based companies of Kermanshah is processable and functional, and there is a direct and significant relationship among dependent (organizational health variables, budgeting) and independent varibles (monitoring principles and Characteristics Conditions with empowerment).
