Abstract:
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between HRM capability-based and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of the organization with respect to the role of moderating ambidextrous innovation. The research method is descriptive-survey and data collected from Shufzhkaran Company. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Results and analysis showe that HRM capability-based, entrepreneurial orientation has impact on organizational performance. The ambidextrous innovation moderate the relationship between HRM capability-based, entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. The results provide support for the significant effects of the interaction between EO and capability-based HRM on innovation ambidexterity. Further, the results suggest innovation ambidexterity acts as an effective mechanism through which EO and capability based HRM together contribute to firm performance.
