Good faith and fair dealing in the era of electronic negotiation
Today, the development of electronic representatives who increasingly play an important role in the formation and implementation of the contract highlights the need to create a system of independent representatives. The need to respect the principle of good faith and fair dealing is an important guide to contract behavior that covers various civil rights systems.
