Comparing the Effect of Positive Attitude based on Religious Doctrines and Family Training based on Cognitive Behavioral Approach on Resilience of Couples
The study aimed at comparing the effect of positive attitude based on religious doctrines and family training based on cognitive behavioral approach on resilienceof couples. The research was field experiment including pre- test and post- test with a control group. The participants of this study included 60 couples(120 mothers& fathers) whose children were studying in 2017-2018 and they were assigned into two experimental (each group included 10 couples) and control group (10 ache of couples) randomly. The experimental group of positive thinking and experimental group of family were exposed to 10 sessions, each session 90 minutes, of positive thinking training and family training based on cognitive- behavioral approach separately. The resiliency questionnaire (CD-RAS) was used to collect the required data. Multivariate covariance Analysis (MANCOVA) and ANOVA (ANCOVA) were used to analyze the collected data. The results revealed that the effect of training based on positive thinking through religious doctrines on resiliency is greater than the effect of family training through cognitive- behavioral approach on resilience of couples. The results of one month follow-up also showed the durability of positive thinking.The significance level in this research is P = 0.001.
