Identification of factors related to organizational social responsibility in the PressCase Study: Newspapers of Isfahan
The present study is aimed at identifying of factors responsible for Organizational Social Responsibility among those who work for newspapers published in Isfahan. This is an applied case study that has been conducted based on descriptive- survey data gathering method. The 350 statistical population includes those who worked for newspapers published in the city of Isfahan during 2014-18. Out of this number, based on the kukran Formula and a systematic method based on samples criteria, 270 people were selected. Meanwhile, for collecting information and analysis of data, confirmed questionnaires were used. The synthetic validity was verified by the statistical population, the content validity was verified by communication experts and construct validity was verified by causal analysis after making required corrections. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaire by using Cronbach Alpha method was 0/89 percent which shows that variables of the research work are valid. For analysis of the data used for this study, statistics such as construct equation model, analysis of explorative and confirmative factors were employed. The results of the study show that the 8 dimensions of social responsibility of the Press are social, moral, legal, humanitarian, economic, environment, campaign against irrational influence and domination and inter-organization.
