Designing a Proactive Organizational Model in the Islamic Republic of Iran Police (Case Study: Fars Province Police)
Organizational responsiveness is a necessity in a changing world and since the Islamic Republic of Iran's law enforcement should be able to prevent future problems from occurring and lead to change in order to build a good future, the present study aimed to determine the optimal response rate. The Islamic Republic of Iran was detained.
The research method was quantitative, the purpose of applied research and the type of descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 200 police personnel in Fars province. 200 questionnaires were distributed and 199 questionnaires were collected. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face validity and content validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.8. The statistical method of data analysis was fuzzy control.
The findings of the study showed that the desirable situation for having a proactive organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran police force came from the combination of human relations, open system, internal process and rational goals. Also in the Fars province police, the existing situation is more than anticipated in terms of human relations and open system. In terms of rational goals and the internal process, the status quo is less than needed.
The desirable level of proactivity of IRI police was 91.5 out of 100; considering the fact that the present situation is not in accordance with the desirable situation in Fars Province Police, it is concluded that the weakness in proactivity in this organization.
