Geobiotourism in the Persian Gulf atolls
The water ecosystem of coral reefs are major centers of marine biodiversity. These ecosystems are important in terms of natural, ecological and economic values in the world. The Persian Gulf, with relatively low biodiversity of rock water, is one of the most extensive environments for the growth of marine life in comparison to the biodiversity in the Indian Ocean. This study aimed to identify the potential and potential of coral islands in attracting tourism, after surveying topographic and geological maps of the Persian Gulf region and data from field visits and surveys, describing and their types based on The Reynard geotourism model met the main criteria in geobiotourism survey such as: index, conservation, scarcity and long-standing geography and complementary criteria including ecological, aesthetic, cultural and economic survey. And according to the results of the Kish Islands,85 % of Lark, Qeshm scored the highest possible score, and Khark Island got the lowest score of 70%.
