Development of Mashhad's health system through the interpretation model (ISM)

Health tourism is one of the most important sectors of the tourism industry in the world It is one of the attractive industries in the fields of economics, job creation, the introduction of cultures and even the creation of political interests for countries. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the health status of the city of Mashhad And identifying the weaknesses of health tourism in the process of attracting and providing medical services and health tourism to foreign patients has been developed. Therefore, the analysis of barriers to health tourism development in Mashhad has been implemented using Interpretative Structural Modeling Technique (ISM). This method is one of the methods of system analysis that examines the interactions between elements of the system. The method of interpretive structural modeling is based on expert opinion. The panel of experts consists of experts in the field of health tourism and organizations of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managers of recreational and residential centers, Razavi hospitals, Ghaem, Mehr and Imam Reza.
